found a new hack for Nokia 3250 (not only v4.14 and v4.60, but also other versions) and other mobiles too..
By this hack, u can sign the unsigned appz and install them on ur mobile..
Just follow the procedure given below stepwise, and i guarantee u that u can hack ur phn very easily..
1. Firstly download (just download, dont install now) the following files on to ur mobile before starting-

SignSIS v1.03 repacked

2. Install hellocarbide.sis on ur mobile. But DONT OPEN it..
3. Open Xplore, press 0, and tick all the 4 boxes.
4. Run Hellocarbide without closing Xplore.
Go to Options- Menu1- Yes
Hellocarbide will close automatically.
5. Go to Xplore, and copy cProfDriver_SISX.ldd to C:\sys\bin
Now restart phone.
6. Install CapsOff, CapsOn
7. Install SignSIS
8. Run CapsOff
9. Through Xplore, extract 00000001.rar into C:\
10. Now go to C:\resource\swicertstore\dat\00000001
11. Press 6, mark the Read Only attribute, and save it.

You can choose to watch your favorite mobile tv shows in widescreen or landscape mode or in the normal vertical mode. ** - WAV files are more suitable when you want to transfer the saved clip to a PC, since you do not have to install third party Players to play AMR audio files. WAV files are native to the Microsoft Widows operating system. WAV files are saved using IMA-ADPCM compression, the file size is 3 times higher than AMR fiels on average, however they do have better overall sound quality.
Requirements: Installation requires about 50 Kb of the free space on the device.
Nokia 6600 Users only - Special Notice: If Startup Mode is set to Automatic there is a chance that your calendar entries may get deleted. To avoid this simply switch the startup mode to Manual under the Settings option. A permanant fix for this will be available shortly. This bug only affects Nokia 6600 users.

MobileJustice is an Anti-theft app that you can configure on your phone. Just go to Start > Programs > Accessories and click on the MJConfig icon (first time in you will get a message that there isn't a config file, just click ok and it will be created). To us this, check the Enabled box, then click Add on the Allowed line. You can then setup your SIM card as an authorized one, and add other SIM cards IMSI numbers if you use more than one. Next click on Add next to Report to: and setup an SMS number (wife, friend, colleague) where you want the text message to go to if an unauthorized SIM is put into your phone. You can add multiple SMS numbers if you want. At this point, your phone will now be setup so that if an unauthorized sim is put in it, then it will send an SMS (with no record of it being sent) to your Report To list on the next boot (you can test this by not setting up (or removing) the Allowed and then doing a soft reset).
For more advanced, you can turn on the Disp MsgBox at the top and then put in some text in the MsgBox text line. This will pop up a Message box on the screen of the phone after a boot, if an unknown sim is in the phone.
You can also enable RMon (bottom half of the screen), put in a pass phrase, and then turn on MsgBox (GPS and LocCall do not work on Wizards, and the other options haven't been implemented in this version). By doing this, you can now send an SMS to your phone in the following format:
+m passphrase message
Rmon will intercept the sms message (so it will not show up as a received message), and if the passphrase matches the one you put in the configuration, then it will pop up a message box on the phone with your message in it (so you can secretly send messages to the thief to possibly intimediate them (or whatever).
Please note It works only with WM5.
