Please read before:
The idea is same cracking any computer software using a debugger so nothing new but the way changed, some forums (like "PDAxxx" and others) claims that its their idea, its wrong, the idea was posted first time on an american forum "crackbexxy" and was delated cause its agains their policy, and then was treated on "Srintgxxxs", now this website is dead, and then the secret was kept on a few websites for months, there is some peoples who know that and they keep it secret to get more credits, reputations and popularity.
I come today to offer this guide to all my friends, and broke this secret, and this post will be up to date than any other website.
someone will tell me:
- why dont keep it secret, the developers will made new changes and the cracking process will be harder?
i will tell them that there is always a solution for any problem, for ex. Nokia, nokia is the biggest company and RIM is nothing beside Nokia, you can go and have a look in the moding section for nokia on this forum, we always find a solution to crack nokia apps and nokia phone security.
and it will be so boring to get all serials for all software.
NB: Cracking is against law, and this guide is for information only, i dont take any responsibility on any software you cracked, and/or installed on your device. you can always read and check developer license agreement.
Here is the detailed guide using ollydbg as debugger, you can also use winhex, it gives the same result, i made some changes on the guide to fit the new apps.
Tools :
1- Blackberry jde Download Here chose the version same your device version, if you dont know, hold "alt+shift" and press "H"
note: always try to download the old version cause RIM know about this method and the fixed some new simulator versions
2- Olly debugger Download Here: Version 1.10 (Stable) or Version 2.00 Beta
3- MDS Services Simulator (optional, required for some email software) can be downloaded here
4- Dmpclean.bat (attached)
5- Our target app - Ascendo Datavault (download @ hxxp://www.ascendo-inc.com/DataVault.html)
How To? :
1-Download and install blackberry jde version of choice, chose the version same your blackberry version, to check your device version hold "alt+shift" and press "H"
2-when the installation is complete.
click start > programs > research in motion > blackberry jde 4.x.x locate device simulator icon > right click and go to properties then click on find target. create a shortcut of defaultsimulator.bat on your desktop or the quick launch menu, whichever you prefer.
copy dmpclean.bat into your simulator’s folder, by default it should be c:\program files\research in motion\blackberry jde 4.x.x\simulator basically the same folder where the defaultsimulator.bat file is located. once copied, create a shortcut of dmpclean.bat as well next to your defaultsimulator.bat shortcut on the desktop or quick launch.
3-Right click on shortcut to defaultsimulator.bat and choose edit, at the end of the text you will see /pin=0x2100000A change this value to your blackberry's pin, and behind add your IMEI without any quotes (necessary for some IMEI verified applications) , and save it.
For example, if my pin number is 24d25d8a and my IMEI is 357880.00.879598.5
then the parameter would look like this /pin=0x24d25d8a /IMEI=357880008795985
4-Launch the device emulator by double clicking on the shortcut to defaultsimulator.bat icon. be patient, it takes some time to load the
simulator as it has the same feel as your blackberry. (note, jde 4.5.0 or maybe even lower versions start up much faster).
Go to View -> "keep lcd on" to avoid flushing the memory dump
To be sure your pin is being read correctly, navigate to options > scroll down to status and check for your pin.
5-To install an application into the simulator click on file > load java program> point to the DataVault.cod “our target app” then navigate to downloads and run the program. go to register, it shows our pin “good” and it’s asking
for the registration code else it will expire. leave it (dont close it)
6-let's launch the debugger now. double click on ollydbg.exe, once loaded click on file then choose attach. the attach window opens up very small, simply stretch by pulling it from the right buttom corner so you can see the
running programs on your computer. we are looking for a process name titled fledge with a path to the executable which should look like the following -c:\program files\research in motion\blackberry jde 4.x.x\simulator\fledge.exe - select this process and click attach. as it
finishes loading all necessary files the debugger will pause, simply press F9 once or twice to continue or sometimes SHIFT + F9, depending on olly’s mood. leave it (dont close it)
7-Now go back to the simulator and enter any facke code, untill you see the message "field full" (we will enter the following as your code 97531) then press arrow down ↓ and click on register. note: do not enter 1234567... as your bogus serial ever because most likely you will end up nowhere. after pressing enter or clicking to register a window comes up saying “Wrong Key!”. we knew that. leave it (dont close it)
8-Now go back to the debugger window (OllyDbg), then click on do an ALT + M to open the memory map, and select the first line in the memory map window. then do CTRL + B to search for the number we entered in the ASCII field and enter 97531 as your search string and click oK.
it begins to search in the memory for our bogus serial, a window titled dump pops up shortly showing the 97531 number we entered in the application > right below it shows our pin number > further down our serial is being constructed > finally we see the serial 42350 which happens to be the correct serial for my bogus pin number 24d25d8a.
9-To test our discovered registration code let’s switch to the simulator window and enter it to see what happens, well just as we hoped it would be “you have successfully register..."

Hacking BlackBerry Apps for Dummies Volume 2 - Using WinHex
This is a step by step guide on how to use WinHex and get your serials.
This is will give everyone all the information needed to get them yourselves.
For anyone who asked to get the Serials for you, well I wish I could but unfortunatelly there have been to may requets and not enough time in a day.
I hope this Tutorial will help everyone, I read a bunch of tutorials online and I was more lost then when I started.
This will give you visual guidance on what to do.
Please post if you have any suggestions on how to make this tutorial better or easier to use, and if it has help you.
Use the DMPClean.bat in between Apps to clear the Simulator memory. You need to copy this file in the Simulator directory, then you can create a shortcut and place it on your desktop for easy access
Please DO NOT ask for Codes... Post them and whom ever has time will assist you....

5.-Restart your phone.
6.-Install whatever you want on your phone, even if it is unsigned
Run capsOff if you wish to see private folders using X-plore and capsOn to hide them again
Note: I advice you to always hide private folders after you have completed whatever you wanted to do inside them...

Prepare

*You need Signsis.exe
SignSIS that allows you to directly sign symbian 3rd edition software, applications and games on your mobile device without transferring the files to your computer.*You need Cer* and Key* (you can get them in online certificate)
How To Use
installed on your S60 device, make sure to extract and transfer the required .KEY, .CER and .CSR files to the same directory on your mobile phone. You will also need to make sure that the .KEY, .CER and .CSR files have the same name. After the pre-requisites have been met, launch Mobile SignSIS, choose the SIS file that you want to sign, select the path to the .KEY and .CER files and save the paths. Then go to the path where the .sis file is stored and hit the ?Sign? option. The resultant signed SISX file should be created in the same folder, ready to be installed.
*Symbian's Application/Games that you want signed (must same folder with Signsis.exe
How to use :

Nokia N8 Hack- Modded installserver
Hi everybody, it's out a modded installserver.exe for Nokia N8. I can't test 'cos i haven't got a N8, but it seems to work.
You need to insert it inside your fw, using Nokia Cooker beta 0.5 . Put it in Sys/Bin (i think it's not important if in UDA or in ROFS).
For who doesn't know that, with the modded installserver.exe you can install all the unsigned applications.
Thanks to CODeRUS (the author) and Il.Socio, Leonapapa, wook, faenil, swmail.
This solution does not set active standby to default after phone restart like ROMPatcher patch does!!
1 - turn off active standby
2 - copy from z:\resource AIPluginDefinition.rsc to c:\resoucre
3 - edit c:\resource\AIPluginDefinition.rsc via xplore to disable or enable plugins
3.1 - see below and check plugin uid you like to show or not show
3.2 - open AIPluginDefinition.rsc via xplore (select file and push 8)
3.3 - search uid via hex-search
3.4 - change first occurring uid to some other uid (for example change xxxxxx10 to xxxxxx11 - easy to remember later to change it back - change then xxxxxx11 to xxxxxx10)
3.5 - save file
4 - activate active standby

| Here we go guys, I have modified a UDA image (credits go to Il.Socio for providing the tools and CODeRUS for providing the hacked installserver) to let you all have your N8 hacked right now and be able to install unsigned apps! IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO FLASH A NOKIA DEVICE, READ HERE: It is enough to DOWNLOAD THE HACKED UDA, rename it to the name of the UDA image of the firmware of your product code, and flash it using Phoenix!  IF YOU HAVE NEVER FLASHED A NOKIA DEVICE, THEN READ HERE: 1) Download and install Phoenix 2010 cracked (can’t tell you where to download it from, look for it) 2) Download navifirm 0.4, and the HACKED UDA 3) Open Navifirm, and wait for it to load the Products list, then hit N8 (RM596) 4) Select 11.12 and wait for navifirm to load the Variants list 5) Use the search variants box at the bottom to look for the product code of your phone (you can find the product code on the transparent sticker which was on the back of your N8 when you bought it, mine is 0599857******, 0599857 is the product code) then hit MARK ALL, and then DOWNLOAD WITH THE PROGRAM, and choose the directory where you want to download the OFFICIAL firmware files 6) Once you have downloaded the official firmware files, copy those files to “C:/Program Files(x86)/Nokia/Phoenix/Products/RM-596″ which is the directory where Phoenix will look to get the files it needs to flash the firmware to your N8 7) Connect your N8 via USB cable and open PHOENIX 8) Hit File–>Scan Product, and then hit Flashing–>Firmware Update 9) In the firmware update screen, you’ll see that Phoenix have found the firmware files of the official firmware you downloaded from navifirm (if it doesn’t find any firmware, add the directory C:/Program Files(x86)/Nokia/Phoenix in all the three boxes in Tools–>Options–>Product Location, and repeat step 8 ) , now hit REFURBISH 10) Now a warning dialog box will appear, telling you that one file is missing. THIS STEP IS THE MOST IMPORTANT. Do not click anything on the warning box, just minimize Phoenix screen, go to the folder where you downloaded the hacked UDA file (decompress the .7z file using peazip or 7zip first), and copy it to C:/Program Files(x86)/Nokia/Phoenix/Products/RM-596 . 11) If it asks you to overwrite say yes, then go back to Phoenix and hit yes on the warning dialog box. If it doesn’t ask you to overwrite the file, rename the OFFICIAL UDA FILE to something else (for example, if the name of the official UDA file is RM-596_011.012_U01.01_79.92_prd.uda.fpsx, rename it to RM-596_011.012_U01.01_79.92_prd_ORIGINAL.uda.fpsx) and rename the HACKED UDA to the former name of the OFFICIAL UDA FILE (the name of the hacked uda is RM-596_011.012_U03.01_79.92_prd.uda.fpsx, in this case you have to rename it to RM-596_011.012_U01.01_79.92_prd.uda.fpsx, which is the name of the UDA you download from navifirm) 12) Now go back to the Phoenix’s warning dialog box, and hit YES, and wait for the flashing process to complete 13) Done Now you can install unsigned apps ENJOY |

How To HACK for New Firmware with Anti-Hacking
In an attempt to prevent one of the most creative solution in the hacking/modding scene, Nokia has introduced new firmware versions for most of their S60 powered phones. With the arrival of the newest firmware, Nokia successfully close the latest ROM Patcher on all updated S60 Phones.
Disabling the TRK application is actually quite smart move; especially consider that based on FCAs info that is the only weaknesses over Symbian 3rd Edition because the core security system has not been broken.
As a reaction, users have started to look for the new solutions to keep the ability for unlimited access even after the firmware upgrade. Now, to inform you that Nokia’s first attempt to find a way to kick users of the full system access was completely unsuccessful, mighty FCA has finally found a new weaknesses and can try to make some easy to follow How To for everyone.
Some FW in this categories are E90 running FW 210, E51 running FW 200 and several Nokia N95-3 and Nokia 95-4. Also this method work for N93 which never before have the luxury of doing HACKING.
However FCA already post his warning that unless you need this method please used the previous method first because its saver and more full proff method.

How to Mod or Hack your s60v3 firmware (unsafe method : could DANGER your pHone!!! )
There is no perfect protection, there are no perfect solutions and it is only a question of time when the 3rd Edition security will be hacked.
Actually it has been broken already by the firmware patching but it is the extremely dangerous procedure and also Nokia have fixed it by encoding that part of firmware with the latest updates.
A simplified tutorial on how to mod/hack your firmware.
Kindly note its essential that you hack your firmware for the first time using the computer. Now working on both XP and Vi$ta
NOTE : FOR WINDOW$ VI$TA users kindly run all applications as admin "run as administrator" This can be done by right clicking on the files and then everything will work.
You will need certain softwares and a PC:
1. Download and Install ActivePython on your PC
2. Download and Install PySerial
3. The magic python script and TRK application
a.) for Nokia (n95 ,n82 ,etc.) + AppTRK / (for n73, n80 etc) + AppTRK
b.) for UIQ based (P1i , w960i etc.)
4. Application to turn security on and off (from phone)
a.) for Nokia (n95 ,n82 ,n73 ,n80 etc.)
b.) for UIQ based (P1i , w960i etc.)
The Real Part:
1. Install the AppTRK application on your phone's memory and start it, then in options>settings, select connection as USB.
2. Connect your phone to your PC via USB in PC Suite mode and then AppTRK will report connected on your phone
3. Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>Ports
OR in Windows Vista: Control Panel>System>Device Manager>Ports.
Note the COM Port your phone is using
4. Open the python script in notepad (the one downloaded in step 3 with .py extension)
5. Search "serial.serial" without quotes and then replace the numerical value in bracket with the value of your COM Port minus 1 i.e. if your port was 22 then replace it with 21.
6. Save the file
7. Run the script by simply double clicking it
8. Now if you see something like !!!!!!candidate!!!!!!! in the output window, or if you just saw the dos window and a few lines saying installing or sending etc, then.....
congratulations now your phone is really yours!!
9. Now you can exit the AppTRK application.
10. Verify the hack with >>X-Plore<<, see if you can explore c:/sys/ 11. Now if you will reboot the phone you will have to reactivate the hack with above procedure OR to do it without PC do the following(Note: for the first time PC hack is needed) 12.a.) For Nokia : I. copy CProfDriver_SISX.ldd from RAR downloaded in step 4a into C:\sys\bin II. install CapsOn.sisx III. install CapsOff.sisx b.) For UIQ based I. Copy patched trkdriver.ldd from rar downloaded in step 4b to c:\sys\bin\ II. Install CapsSwitch on your phone 13. Now you can switch security on and off without pc through these applications CapsOff = Security OFF and do whatever you want to do with your phone CapsOn = Restrictions ON After this hack you'll be able to install unsigned applications without SymbianSigned
Note: This tutorial is same for all symbian OS 9 phones(n95,n82,n73,n8,P1i,w960i etc.) until'n'unless mentioned
So here's the HOWTO for installing unsigned applications on your Symbian phone after you have hacked it(CapsOFF) :-
1. Download this rar file containing the certificate, the key and the authentication file for your phone. (Thanks to leftup of symbian freak)
2. Copy the file "00000001" to "C:\resource\swicertstore\dat\" on your phone and mark the file read-only from X-Plore or other similar file explorer. If the given directories do not exist , create them
3. So now your own authentication system is installed on your phone. Now you need to sign your sis files with the given certificate and key in the rar file.
4. For signing sis files (pc based method)(works for all Symbian OS 9 phones)
I) Download and install SignSis GUI on your PC
II) Select the given certificate and key(password is blank) given in 'the rar file you downloaded'
III) Select the file you need to sign and sign it and transfer it to your phone, install normally
IV) Now you have the application installed with all its capabilities

4. Mobile based method(no need for a pc), works only for Nokia phones
I) Download and install MobileSigner on your phone
II) Open MobileSigner and select and sign the 'unsigned sis file' and MobileSigner will generate a signed sisx file in the same directory as the source file.
III) Install the generated sisx file and application will be having all its capabilities.
This is the simplest and easiest way and it worked for me in one shot.
